Our Client is seeking up to two (2) Service Owners/Product Owners to lead product teams, take a client centric approach, and contributes to the replacement of the legacy systems.

The Registries Modernization team is taking an agile approach to implementing modernized, innovative, human-centric and sustainable solutions for delivering registry services to Albertans. For the Land Titles registry, this includes a complete replacement of the legacy applications that delivery Land Titles services. Our team is looking for a Service Owner who is can lead product teams, takes a client centric approach, and contributes to the replacement of the Land Titles legacy systems.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

• Experience in coordinating with business, IT partners, and other subject matter experts to gather and analyze all of a client's business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. (5+ years)

• Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows. (5+ years)

• Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role. (5+ years)

• Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions. (5+ years)

• Experience working within an agile development environment. (5+ years)

Nice To Have Skills

• Bachelor degree in Business, IT or a related field of study.

• Product Owner certification: CSPO or PSPO

• Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles. (5+ years)

• Experience in project management. (5+ years)

• Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (5+ years)

• Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions. (5+ years)

• Experience with business writing, communication and documentation. (5+ years)

• Experience with change management. (5+ years)

Location Edmonton/Remote
Work Environment 2.5 months with possible 6-month extension
Hourly Rate Negotiable
