About the role

We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team!

Location : Québec - 5700 Boul des Galeries

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information.

  • Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.

  • Maintain and update telephone lists.

  • Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.

  • Manage scanning for electronic mail.

  • Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.



What you will bring:

  • High school or college diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office .

  • Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • [Bilingual (French and English)] Requires responding to calls and providing services to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.

  • No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
