What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership & Performance: Manage and mentor a team of product professionals, ensuring accountability for tasks, timelines, and performance outcomes.
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define, communicate, and execute a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of products, platforms, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prioritization & Planning: Collaborate with teams to set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
  • Career Development: Support employee growth through career path planning, succession strategies, and advancement opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with partners, OEMs, and internal teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Growth & Delivery: Drive product adoption, market growth, and ensure on-time delivery of features and enhancements.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, driving successful product strategies and launches.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of IP networks, architecture, and design within telecommunications and managed hosting environments.
  • Product Leadership: Demonstrated success in defining, building, and launching high-performing products that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Lifecycle Mastery: Deep understanding of software development processes and the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Confidence in interfacing with customers and stakeholders, delivering world-class service and tailored solutions.
  • Training & Enablement: Skilled in creating and delivering dynamic presentations and training sessions, adapting messaging for different audiences.
  • Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to resolving complex challenges under pressure.
  • Hands-On Guidance: Ability to instruct and support customers effectively across on-site, online, and remote channels.
  • Time Management: Expertise in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across teams to deliver results.
