What You’ll Do
As Manager, Strategic Projects, you will Own the end-to-end management of strategic initiatives across digital, sales, operations, and functional transformation. You’ll define project plans, align stakeholders, and implement continuous improvement programs that enhance efficiency and collaboration. By documenting learnings and sharing best practices, you’ll ensure long-term success and foster a culture of innovation.

You’ll also need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–10 years of proven project management experience, leading cross-functional projects
- Agriculture industry experience preferred
- PMP certification and Six Sigma/continuous improvement training preferred
- Proficiency in project management software
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
