Are you detail-oriented? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Head of Global Markets Canada and Global Markets Sales & Traders, ensuring efficient operations and seamless coordination across internal and client-facing activities.
In your role, you will:
- manage calendars, schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- help prepare schedules for analysts, marketing activities, and business trips
- oversee logistics for meetings, conferences, and client events
- develop expertise in travel and expense procedures to efficiently process claims, including visa arrangements and compliance
- help onboard new team members and request necessary system access
- provide support for all ad-hoc administrative projects and requirements for the team and office
Your team
You’ll be working with the Head of Global Markets Canada and team in Toronto, Ontario. You will also support a network of Executive Assistants across Global Markets AmericasYour expertise
- several years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- strong organizational and collaboration skills
- ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective with colleagues and clients at all levels
- highly organized with strong prioritization abilities
- flexible and available to work outside standard hours as needed

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:- Canada - Ontario min CAD 50000 - max CAD 95000
