Team Member - Front of House (PT) at Chick-fil-A Meadows

Chick-fil-A Meadows is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Part-time Front of House Team Members. In our fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and introducing the Chick-fil-A brand to Alberta. As part of our team, your main responsibility will be to deliver exceptional guest service, including welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food, while ensuring the work environment remains clean and safe.

Job ResponsibilitiesJob responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Represent, promote & maintain Chick-fil-A Meadows Vision, Mission, Culture & Core Values of Chick-fil-A Meadows in all interactions with guests, team members, and vendors.
• Uphold the Core 4 principles: Create eye contact, share a smile, speak in a friendly tone, & say “My pleasure” when interacting with guests and vendors
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Accurately take guest orders and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food according to Chick-fil-A standards and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Provide guests with accurate information about menu items, promotions, and dietary options.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create exceptional dining experiences for every guest.
• Consistently implement components of our "Winning Hearts Everyday" strategy to ensure we create memorable experiences.
• Follow all training standards specific to the Pathway Program and maintain consistency in operations.
• Ensure the First & Second Mile and Recovery Models are consistently maintained in all guest interactions.
• Demonstrate strong personal characteristics such as humility, a willingness to collaborate, and a desire to learn.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership to support business needs.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Monday-Saturdays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
• Food safety certification is preferred, but not required
• Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
