Key Responsibilities
Decode the Market, Fast (Ingenuity + Create Value)
- Tear into the data to understand not just who’s buying, but why—what’s resonating emotionally, digitally, and experientially.
- Use insights to pivot campaigns immediately; if something isn’t landing with buyers, you adjust in real time.
- Spot patterns early and convert them into competitive and experiential advantage.
- Break down clunky workflows and rebuild them leaner, faster, and capable of supporting rapid growth and brand evolution.
- Create marketing systems and dashboards that show the truth—from lead performance to brand traction and adoption.
- Refuse waste: every dollar, every hour, every campaign must move demand, perception, or experience forward.
- Align every Driver around one mission and one scoreboard—while empowering them to activate brand, product, and customer experience in-market.
- Break down silos with Sales, Finance, Design, and Operations—marketing must fuel the full business system.
- Position marketing as a growth engine that shapes how homes are marketed, experienced, and sold.
- Track spend versus results relentlessly—across leads, conversion, velocity, and brand momentum.
- Double down on what’s accelerating growth and cut what’s not—without hesitation.
- Shift resources aggressively toward initiatives that advance transformation, not just volume.
- Translate Brand to Market: Corporate defines the ambition; you ensure it comes to life locally through design, digital, and customer experience.
- Close the Feedback Loop: Market insights inform brand evolution, product positioning, and customer strategy in real time.
- Shared Accountability: Corporate owns brand equity; you own divisional performance and adoption. Together, marketing proves its commercial impact.

Required
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 10+ years in marketing operations, demand generation, or senior marketing leadership where accountability, growth, and brand performance were inseparable.
- Tools: Deep expertise in CRM, automation, analytics, and Martech—especially platforms that enable scale, speed, and customer insight.
- Business Acumen: Clear understanding of how marketing drives sales velocity, customer experience, and long-term brand value.
- Leadership Profile: Proven builder of brands, systems, and teams; able to influence Sales, Design, Product, Operations, and senior leadership with clarity and conviction.
- Execution Mindset: Balances strategic judgment with operational discipline; moves fast, adapts quickly, and delivers visible progress week to week.
- Change Leadership: Thrives in ambiguity, raises standards without eroding trust, and drives transformation through accountability, creativity, and momentum.
