Job Description

The Field Inspector (Level 4) role encompasses an individual with significant industry, product specific and on the job experience. The Field Inspector (Level 4) has expert operator experience and can perform inspection for all product and equipment types. Individuals in the role exhibit exemplary communication, creative thinking and mentorship. Responsibility includes performing field inspections, acting as a lead trainer for lower-level inspectors and a technical resource to Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), Manager, Field Inspections and junior level inspectors

Responsibilities

  • Use inspector application to complete inspections for various equipment & inspection product types
  • Act as a technical resource to Manager, Field Inspections, ROMs and Junior Inspectors Provide training, leadership and guidance to level 1, 2 & 3 inspectors
  • Navigate unique equipment types to select proper inspection checklist that drive content accuracy
  • Make equipment condition assessments and provide thorough information to best describe
  • Action inspection type upgrades or downgrades to align with equipment condition when warranted
  • Communicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issues
  • Navigate and resolve technical concerns related to iInspector app and inspection content processing
  • Organize daily tasks in a manner that drive effective sale processing for multichannel products
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 Years of experience in related equipment industry environment &
  • 3 - 5 years of company & product specific experience
