Project Manager at W3Global

This full-time, on-site position will play a key role in coordinating and managing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, construction management, and building inspections, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, resource allocation, and team communication.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction specifications.
• Oversee construction sites, ensuring all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers and team members to ensure project success.

• Strong expertise in construction management and ability to manage complex projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across different departments.
• Experience with construction management software and tools to optimize project monitoring.
• A degree in construction management or a similar field is required.
