We have been a recognized partner to the Canadian government for over 20 years and are now looking to grow and expand on what has made our business a success so far.
To support us in this immediate growth, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to develop their career in selling technology-based language training solutions. The BDR will put LRDG’s best foot forward, acting as LRDG’s first point of contact with current and prospective clients within their territory. Under the guidance of the Business Development Manager, the position includes a base salary and uncapped commission plan.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Management:

Under the guidance of the Business Development Manager, the position includes a base salary and uncapped commission plan.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Management:
- Conduct calls with customers interested in more information.
- Respond to all inquiries received through our website.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing sales and managing contract renewals.
- Present the company’s services and conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and features of offerings.
- Actively engage in key company social media channels to build community, enhance brand awareness, and support marketing efforts.
- Maintain meticulous records within HubSpot CRM and utilize other sales tools effectively to manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Create accurate and timely quotes for clients and manage contracts through to completion.
- Carry out all other related tasks as required, ensuring comprehensive reporting and administrative responsibilities are met.
- Support the rest of the sales team.
- CEGEP (DEC) or higher degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools such as LinkedIn and HubSpot CRM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of developing relationships and delivering engaging presentations.
- High degree of motivation, initiative, autonomy, and a keen desire to learn.
- Excellent bilingual communication abilities in French and English, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated integrity in business and a strong team spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales objectives.
