Partner closely with Sales Leadership to monitor funnel performance, identify risks early, and implement proactive action plans to protect pipeline and revenue targets.
Analyze outbound data (contact rates, response rates, meeting set rates, handoff quality) and continuously test and optimize messaging, channels, and approaches.
Collaborate with Business Operations to optimize CRM workflows, improve data quality, and implement tools and automation that increase team efficiency.
Develop competitive intelligence, battle cards, and objection-handling frameworks to help BDRs differentiate effectively in the market.
Own recruiting, onboarding, and enablement for new BDR hires, setting clear success criteria and accelerating time-to-impact.
Maintain a strong feedback loop with Marketing and Product to ensure ICP alignment, relevant messaging, and market insights are reflected across the organization.
