Hiring Areas:

• Media Planning - The role of a Media Planning Coordinator is to manage our media planning product through preparing and presenting media plans, proposals, and analysis. This role requires you to work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.

• Media Buying - The role of a Media Buying Coordinator is to execute traditional campaigns and oversee negotiations. This role requires you to document all client media buys and prepare and present all documentation to planning teams or client.

• Programmatic – The Programmatic Coordinator will work on digital campaign management, from set up and website tagging to troubleshooting and general support.

• Paid Social - The Paid Social Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day account and media activity on assigned campaigns. You will support Senior Specialists with paid social media strategy, campaign execution, and optimization.

• Paid Search - The Paid Search Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day campaign performance and execution on assigned campaigns. You will support Senior Specialists with search engine marketing and optimization.

Resident Criteria

• Graduating (or graduated) from an accredited college/university program
• Passion for the media industry
• Not returning to school in the Fall of 2026

The Residency program commences with an in-depth orientation and onboarding to the business, inclusive of a comprehensive learning workshop called the Media Bootcamp starting on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026.
