Marketing Assistant at CenerTech Canada Ltd.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant (Contractor) to support our marketing and business development activities within the oil and gas / energy sector. This role is well suited for a candidate with relevant industry experience, familiarity with the Canadian local market, and the ability to work independently under a contract-based arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide marketing and business support for oil and gas / energy-related projects
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, industry conferences, and client-related activities
• Support the maintenance and development of relationships with local clients, partners, and industry contacts
• Prepare, organize, and update marketing materials, presentations, and basic reports
• Assist with market research, industry trend analysis, and competitor information collection
• Coordinate with internal teams as required in accordance with the contract scope
• Complete other marketing support tasks within the agreed contract scope
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas or energy industry
• Familiarity with the Canadian local market; existing local industry connections are an asset
• Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver agreed outcomes under a contract arrangement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of Chinese business culture is considered an asset
• Experience in marketing support, business support, or project coordination is preferred
