We are currently looking for a Software Developer – Business Systems to join our digital transformation team. This position reports to the Head of Digital Transformation.

Your day-to-day
- Actively participate in the analysis, design, and development of business systems such as ERP, CRM, and web applications. Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and various internal groups at Stingray such as sales, finance, operations, and apps
- Analyze different requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and implement solution integrations within the ecosystem (ERP, Salesforce, AWS, others)
- Monitor system performance and ensure technical maintenance
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions
- Prepare and perform unit tests
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Understanding of financial and accounting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Proficiency with AI assistance tools such as Cursor
- Experience in developing agents
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL or others)
- Experience with Netsuite or another ERP system
- Programming experience (Python, Typescript, or others)
- Resourceful, autonomous, and quick learner
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and accountable for actions
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Engaging and collaborative leadership style
- Ability to prioritize and navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and rigorous mindset with a problem-solving orientation
- Ability to identify needs and take initiative to improve internal processes and software infrastructure
- Skill in building trusted relationships with stakeholders
- A strong interest in continuous improvement and learning
- Ability to translate technical issues into business impacts
