Job Role: Senior Sapiens Policy Pro Configurator
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sapiens Policy Pro Configurator to lead configuration and integration efforts for complex insurance policy systems
- The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Sapiens Policy Pro implementation projects strong technical skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years in role or more than 8 years in role
- Required experience for Sapiens PolicyPro ODMJrules
- Lead configuration activities across product coverage action formula and interface configuration within Sapiens Policy Pro
- Drive end-to-end implementation of Sapiens Policy Pro projects ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review requirements estimate work effort and provide technical guidance
- Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve production defects in Policy Pro efficiently
- Ensure compliance with application maintenance and development documentation standards
- Work closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development processes
- Strong hands-on experience with Sapiens Policy Pro configuration and implementation
- Expertise in Microservices and REST API based integrations with Sapiens Policy modules
- Solid understanding of Sapiens Policy Pro data model and proficiency in Oracle DB
- Minimum 8 years of software programming development experience with ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Proficient in analyzing application logs for efficient troubleshooting and insights
- Exposure to Dynatrace Splunk Stylus Studio BPM or MuleSoft integration tools
- Knowledge of insurance domain P&C or Life
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to engage with client stakeholders and internal teams
- Proactive approach to requirement review and effort estimation
