Youth/Family Counselor (Full Time) Opportunity:
The Youth/Family Counselor plays a pivotal role as a main support figure for young individuals here at Vantage, working in rotating shifts to ensure around-the-clock support, seven days a week. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well-organized environment.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or undergraduate degree or in Human Services, e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
- Experience working with young people is preferred.
- Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, CYIM, Valid Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract.
Location:
In person, on site, Red Deer, Alberta.
