Parts Manager – Ponoka Location at Adams Chevrolet Buick GMC

Our Ponoka location is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving profitability, managing inventory, supporting the service department, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, pricing, and obsolescence control
• Lead, train, and support parts staff to achieve department goals
• Work closely with the Service Manager and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and OEM partners
• Ensure accurate billing, warranty parts handling, and compliance with GM standards
• Monitor KPIs including gross profit, fill rate, and inventory turn
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous automotive parts management experience preferred
• GM dealership experience considered a strong asset
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of inventory management and parts software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
