Here's What You Bring to the Team:

As a People & Culture Coordinator at Shane Homes, you’re the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re highly organized, detail-obsessed, and committed to getting things right the first time. You learn quickly, stay cool as a cucumber when priorities shift, and you’re ready to jump in and help wherever you’re needed. You bring empathy, approachability, and a genuine desire to create an exceptional employee experience. You hold yourself accountable, and just like everyone else at Shane Homes, you take your job seriously, but you don’t take yourself too seriously.

We Would Love it if You had These Too:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of HR Coordinator or related experience.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • A high level of attention to detail, especially when it comes to documentation, performance records, and legally sensitive communications – because the little things can have big consequences.

  • Experience in Benefits Coordination and/or Administration would be a bonus!

  • Exceptional communication skills that allow you to get information across, clearly, quickly, and effectively.

  • You have a can-do attitude, and no task is too big or too small for you to handle while keeping standards high.

Here's What Your Day-To-Day Could Look Like:

  • Helping bring great people into the organization by drafting job descriptions, posting roles, reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, preparing interview packages, and completing reference checks.

  • Create a great first impression by coordinating onboarding details - from working with internal teams on setup to preparing first-day information and organizing key first-week activities for new team members.

  • Coordinating job grant applications and supporting internal training and development programs to help our team grow.

  • Help keep our HRIS data accurate by completing regular audits and ensuring employee information stays up to date.

  • Support smooth operations by organizing employee files and helping maintain our digital filing system.

  • Guiding new hires through benefits enrollment and supporting employees with questions so they feel informed and confident in their choices.

  • Maintaining all benefits related documentation and reconciling monthly billing statements.

  • Help us recognize and celebrate team milestones and achievements across the year.

  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture by being an active member of our Culture Club committee.

Here's Why You'll Love Working with Us:

  • People First Culture - We promote a dynamic and supportive workplace where being your authentic self is highly encouraged.

  • Outstanding Compensation & Benefits - Enjoy a competitive salary and robust benefits package that includes dental, vision, paramedical, prescription drugs, out-of-country medical coverage and a health spending account.
