As a(n) Warehouse Operator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The successful candidate will make an impact by loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products. A counterbalance or reach truck license is required. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Shipping/Receiving and order picking ensuring both quantity and lot # accuracy.
  • Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
  • Maintain accurate raw material warehousing.
  • Physical & system processing of transfers from raw materials warehouse to manufacturing and vice versa.
  • Record and report all non-conformances.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform Cycle Counting
  • Accurate lot control through proper FIFO of materials
  • Safe operation of material handling equipment i.e., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet trucks, shrink wrapper etc.


Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:


  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Counterbalance, Reach truck license.
  • Must reside in Canada


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Proficiency with MS Office and associated software for data entry, inventory tracking, spreadsheets, electronic mail, etc.
  • JIT, FIFO knowledge
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Counterbalance, Reach truck 1-year experience.
