In the role, you will:

  • Create and maintain the scheduling system for program.

  • Coordinate and dispatch staff and volunteers to support daily operations, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and information.

  • Monitor and track resource availability and deployment, ensuring that all dispatches are well-coordinated and effectively managed.

  • Monitor inventory levels of equipment and supplies, and place orders as needed

  • Collaborate with other CRC teams and external partners to ensure that client service delivery is provided in a timely and effective manner.

  • Provide timely and accurate progress reports on scheduling, deployment, and activities as required.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.

  • Receive client intake calls to determine eligibility and complete intake documentation within the client record.


What we look for:

  • Qualifications include a minimum of 1-2 years experience and a 1-2 year college diploma or post-secondary certification and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint is required.

  • Ability to apply standard methods, and select amongst options to resolve routine problems.

  • Ability to communicate and influence by clarifying policies, processes, and services effectively.

  • Experience managing schedules and coordinating resources to maintain smooth operations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands.

  • Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy and understanding for individuals with differing cognitive and physical abilities.

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.

  • Ability to adapt to changes in work priorities and respond to time sensitive needs.

  • Work will be conducted in an office-like setting.

  • May require travel to safe locations; limited exposure to adverse conditions.

  • Work requires the ability to work with deadlines.
