Join the SmartHome+ team as we build the next generation of connected home experiences. As the Manager, Program Office, you will lead the delivery engine behind our SmartHome+ and SmartEnergy portfolios—overseeing product launches, systems integrations, analytics, and operational readiness. You’ll guide a high-performing team, strengthen governance and execution, and ensure our programs land with excellence across product, engineering, operations, and GTM.


What you’ll do


  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including Sr. Program Managers, Technical Product Managers, Data & Analytics, and the EMT program
  • Own program governance and delivery frameworks to drive consistency, clarity, and execution excellence
  • Manage end-to-end launch readiness across systems, technical planning, GTM, channels, operations, and support
  • Build and maintain the integrated program roadmap for product launches, integrations, analytics, and testing
  • Identify risks, manage RAID logs, and ensure proactive issue resolution across all programs
  • Oversee analytics and reporting delivery to support data-driven decisions across the product organization
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX/SBC planning for program office initiatives
  • Deliver concise executive updates on program progress, risks, decisions, and business impact
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Champion process improvement and simplification across programs, operations, and product delivery


Qualifications


What you bring


  • Strong background in program management, technical program management, or product operations
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving structured delivery
  • Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams across technical and non-technical functions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and simplify complex information
  • Demonstrated strength in planning, prioritization, risk management, and operational execution
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Channels, Marketing, and Finance
  • Data-driven mindset with experience supporting analytics, reporting, or insight generation

Great to have


  • 6+ years in program or technical program management; 2+ years leading teams.
  • Experience in product management and launch new products
  • Smart home, IoT, telecom, software, or similar technology working environments
  • Exposure to systems integrations, EMT/testing programs, analytics, or GTM readiness.
  • Background in engineering, computer science, business, or related fields.

Salary Range: $102,000-$152,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 20%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
