In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse network of experts—from wildlife specialists to hydrogeologists and geotechnical engineers—on projects that matter. Salary range (in British Columbia): $96,200 – $132,200
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Your Impact
- Manage multi-disciplinary mining and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to deliver successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical leads and HSSE resources to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
- Lead proposal development and client presentations to secure new opportunities.
- Apply best-in-class project management tools and practices to optimize performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (B.Sc., B.A.Sc., C.E.T.) and 8+ years of experience in engineering or project management, including consulting.
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Technologist (or eligibility for licensure across provinces).
- Proven expertise in project financial tracking, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel for planning and analysis.
- Mining and/or construction experience is an asset; PMP certification highly desirable.
