Job Overview
Hypercare is seeking a self-motivated, energetic people-person to join our growing team as an Product Manager in the exciting and rewarding world of healthcare technology. The Product Team is responsible for improving and accelerating the delivery of Hypercare's full potential as a critical communication and collaboration application. This will be a multi-faceted role in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate should be an ambitious individual looking for a dynamic experience working in the health tech industry. In the role, you will work alongside frontend and backend engineers, UX designers, our Customer Success and Sales teams, as well as our day-to-day users (healthcare professionals, switchboard operators, and more).

Key Activities And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Meet with users and understand their needs to inform our product roadmap and requests to build new features
- Be accountable for contributing to goals on user engagement and data foundation milestones
- Work closely with cross-functional team to develop and execute on a portfolio of product enhancements. Align internal and external stakeholders on priorities, timelines and progress of features
- Ensure that the right data with right velocity is available for Customer Success, Engineer and Product teams to evaluate and monitor success, while improving velocity and quality of product enhancements
- Manage and organize key Product Management tools to ensure clarity across the organization. Key tools include Jira, Confluence and Asana
- Manage backlog grooming and sprint planning end-to-end in collaboration with the Engineering team
- Inform our product strategy and revenue generation opportunities in collaboration with our Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams
