As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will help build a strong culture of project delivery in a dynamic startup environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize internal workflows, and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Oversee the coordination and execution of projects, from kickoff to closeout.
- Manage all aspects of project execution: set deadlines, assign responsibilities, track progress, and summarize key outcomes.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Navigate on-site deployment environments, including high-pressure or adverse field conditions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the hardware and software technologies being deployed.
- Foster open communication between stakeholders, team members, and PMs.
- Ensure team alignment on project progress and updates.
- Resolve issues within complex, multi-organization project ecosystems.
- Manage the triple constraint of project management: scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and delivery expectations.
- Motivate contributors and ensure timely task completion.
- Identify potential risks to project success.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure stability and continuity.
- Experience in managing projects involving the development and integration of both hardware and software technologies.
- Strong decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with knowledge of methods to implement scalable processes.
- Willingness to contribute beyond your role and support broader organizational success.
- University degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
- PMP certification (or in the process of obtaining one).
- 5–10 years of experience in project management.
- Prior experience integrating technologies in a manufacturing or deployment ecosystem.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Commitment to confidentiality and high-quality information management.
- Embraces a continuous improvement approach to processes and systems.
