Graham is seeking expressions of interest from motivated BIM Leads to join our talent pipeline for future opportunities for the Buildings Division. Reporting to the BIM Manager, this role is pivotal in assisting the Pre-Construction team on major projects across transit, healthcare, post-secondary, and manufacturing sectors.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Execute BIM Plan – Ensure all project data complies with the BIM execution plan.
• Coordinate Deliverables – Track and manage BIM/VDC outputs from trades and consultants.
• Run Clash Detection – Set up models, identify and prioritize clashes, and share reports.
• Develop BIM Models – Create and maintain Revit/Navisworks models, families, and exports.
• Support Project Decisions – Provide insights and highlight risks during coordination meetings.
  
  

The Right Tools for the Job

• Experience: Strong background in BIM/VDC with solid understanding of construction project elements and pre-construction workflows.
• Education: Degree or diploma in BIM or a related technical field; Autodesk and CANBIM certifications are considered assets.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and familiarity with BIM360, Synchro, and clash detection processes.
  
  

Compensation

• Salary Range $117,000 to $146,000 per annum
• Salary will commensurate with education and experience
• 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience
