CEM Resorts is looking for a reliable and skilled Line Cook – Night Shift who can keep the kitchen running smoothly when it matters most. If you’re someone who stays sharp at night, works clean, and takes pride in consistent food quality—even during quieter hours—this role is for you.

This position is ideal for cooks who enjoy a focused, less chaotic kitchen environment while still delivering top-quality dishes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

  • Handle late-night food service with consistency and attention to detail

  • Set up and break down your station efficiently for night operations

  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times

  • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and freshness

  • Work closely with the night kitchen team to ensure smooth service

  • Assist with prep work and basic inventory checks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role

  • Comfortable working night shifts and managing responsibilities independently

  • Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene

  • Ability to stay organized, calm, and efficient during solo or low-staff hours

  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
