As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of—from check-in to check-out. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

  • Handle reservations, phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally

  • Provide accurate information about rooms, amenities, and local attractions

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Manage guest requests, concerns, and feedback with patience and professionalism

  • Maintain front desk records, bookings, and payment details accurately

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is an asset

  • Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and basic office software

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to stay calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
