Front Office Executive – Hospitality at CEM Resorts
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of—from check-in to check-out. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle reservations, phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
Provide accurate information about rooms, amenities, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage guest requests, concerns, and feedback with patience and professionalism
Maintain front desk records, bookings, and payment details accurately
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is an asset
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and basic office software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
