Technical Project Manager at Supra ITS
Hybrid – Brampton, Ontario | Reporting to: Senior Manager
There is an immediate need for a Technical Project Manager located in Canada at Supra ITS. If you are a hands-on, infrastructure-savvy Project Manager who can confidently lead complex Infra / Cloud / Migration / Transition / Transformation initiatives end-to-end, this role is for you.
This is not a PMO only or status-reporting role. You must bring deep technical credibility across systems, networks, cloud platforms, tools, and deployments, enough to challenge architects, guide engineers, and earn the trust of customers.

You will work closely with engineering teams, service delivery leaders, vendors, and customer stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in some of Supra’s most visible and strategically important initiatives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager who thrives in complex, high-accountability delivery environments. This role sits at the intersection of technology and execution requiring both strong project leadership and hands-on infrastructure knowledge.
You will lead projects such as:
- Infrastructure refreshes and modernization
- Data Center and Cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, hybrid)
- Customer onboardings and transitions
- Data center exits and consolidations
- Security, network, and platform transformations
You are expected to understand the technology deeply, not just track timelines.

YOU ARE!
A technically grounded, highly organized Project Manager who is comfortable leading from the front.
You are:
- Technically fluent: Able to understand infrastructure architectures, cloud designs, networks, security controls, and deployment methodologies
- Execution-focused: You drive outcomes, not just meetings and documentation
- Calm under pressure: Migrations, cutovers, and transitions don’t rattle you
- Structured and disciplined: Strong planning, risk management, and change control are second nature
- Clear and confident communicator: Equally effective with engineers, vendors, customers, and executives
- Proactive and accountable: you anticipate issues, escalate early, and follow through relentlessly
You don’t just manage projects, you own delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, cloud, migration, and transformation projects
• Own project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Work closely with systems, network, cloud, security, and application teams
• Translate technical designs into executable project plans
• Manage customer communications, expectations, and executive reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-vendor delivery teams (Canada & offshore)
• Oversee cutover planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization
• Ensure projects align with ITIL, security, and governance standards
• Maintain project documentation, runbooks, and status reports
• Drive lessons-learned and continuous improvement across delivery
TECHNICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Strong understanding of:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Networking concepts (firewalls, switches, WAN, VPNs)
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS exposure an asset)
- Backup, DR, and security tooling
- • Experience with infra and cloud migration methodologies
- • Excellent written and verbal English communication
- • Highly organized, self-managed, and delivery-driven
- • Comfortable working in a hybrid role
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- 5+ years in a Technical Project Manager / Infrastructure Project Manager role
- Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure or cloud projects
- Experience working with managed services or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL certifications are strong assets
- Deep hands-on understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Experience leading migrations, transitions, or transformation programs
- Based in Canada with ability to work hybrid from the office
