Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, plus a monthly car allowance

What You’ll Get To Do
Operational Leadership
- Manage daily site operations, inspections, and capital improvement projects
- Maintain high standards across all common areas and building systems
- Build strong resident relationships by addressing concerns promptly
- Ensure service excellence and support long-term tenant retention
- Oversee rent collection, budget management, variance analysis, and reporting
- Support leasing initiatives to drive occupancy and maximize ROI
- Lead on-site teams and coordinate external service providers
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act
- Maintain accurate documentation and proactively manage risk
- Leverage tools, technology, and best practices to improve property performance
- Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership
- Prepare reports and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management, including leadership in a multi-site environment
- Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- CPM, IHM, or similar professional designation considered an asset
- Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and municipal legislation
- Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven leadership, people management, and vendor coordination skills
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
