Join us and help shape the future of racing technology JOB SUMMARY Oversees day-to-day functions of overall tote operation, tote system operation, including hiring, scheduling, and staff development at racetrack, invoicing customers and prepare paperwork for racetrack and corporate offices, trouble reports, inventories, and cycling spare parts, order supplies, troubleshooting, maintain hardware and interacts with state racing officials. Position is that of a working supervisor as the incumbent operates and techs on a regular basis ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position is that of a working supervisor as the incumbent operates and techs on a regular basis ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the overall tote operation at a specific worksite.
- Working with general manager, assists with the hiring, scheduling and development of qualified staff at the racetrack.
- Performs tote system data entry and verification.
- Performs tote board general maintenance and operations
- Responsible for reviewing the invoicing of customers and the preparation of other paperwork for the racetrack and the corporate office such as trouble reports.
- Responsible for the timely completion of inventories and the cycling of spare parts and equipment.
- Responsible for ordering supplies.
- Ensures that all hardware is properly maintained and in good working order. Includes moving and relocating lines and equipment as needed.
- Required to interact with customers, racetrack management personnel, and state officials in a professional manner.
- Maintain costs at the site, including minimizing OT, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
