Work Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 3:30-7:30
The successful person will be responsible for reception, answering and directing calls, processing referrals, file set up and management, sending reports, supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in person and telehealth service delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience to both external and internal customers. The position may also support clinical accreditation procedures as well as the corporate Health & Safety program.
We invite candidates with similar experience, intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a collaborative team, bring your exceptional customer service and communication skills along with your ability to problem solve and organize multiple priorities

- Flexible availability to cover sick/vacation coverage at BiM Richmond (open Monday through Saturday 8am-7:30pm).
- Opportunities to also cover at any Back in Motion or Legacies Health Centre locations across the lower mainland where clinics are open 7 days per week.
