Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Product Manager in the Digital Banking team, you will own a portfolio of member‑facing digital products and services that advance our new retail digital platform. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—strategy and planning, design and delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization—to create seamless, accessible digital experiences that increase engagement and deliver measurable value for members and the business.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Product.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Defining, prioritizing, and refining epics and user stories to maintain a clear and actionable product backlog
- Collaborating with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to design and deliver member-centric digital experiences
- Monitoring product performance, analyzing KPIs and member feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive iterative delivery
- Communicating roadmap progress, release plans, and key outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ensuring compliance and security standards are met across all digital products in partnership with risk and technology teams
- Advocating for accessibility, usability, and inclusivity in all digital servicing initiatives
- Driving delivery of post-MVP enhancements and new servicing features such as authentication flows and card management
- Partnering with marketing and operations to develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches
- Researching emerging technologies and digital trends to inform future roadmap decisions
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within banking/financial institutions and the payments sector
- Knowledge of business and financial concepts, regulatory requirements and product lifecycle management within the financial services industry
- Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a nice to have
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Certifications such as Scrum or SAFe are a bonus
- Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and skilled in driving alignment between teams

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $81,200 to $122,000 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
