Key Objectives

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance office efficiency. You will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and assist with various tasks to help teams stay focused and productive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Support event planning and coordination as needed.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, faxing, and copying.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
