About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Coordinator, Commercialization to support the end-to-end production and commercialization lifecycle of our products. In this role, you will help coordinate timelines, documentation, and cross-functional activities to ensure products move efficiently from development through manufacturing and launch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with multiple teams, managing details, and contributing to the successful execution of complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and executing production and commercialization plans, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and external contract manufacturers) to ensure alignment on product specifications and project timelines.
  • Support costing estimates and reviews by gathering and consolidating information from contract manufacturing partners.
  • Coordinate and maintain product documentation, including specifications, formulas (BOMs), and regulatory materials.
  • Participate in product launch and project meetings, providing updates on status, risks, and next steps.
  • Monitor and support approval processes for artwork, labeling, and packaging to ensure readiness for production.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of project documentation, test results, and related materials.
  • Provide general project and administrative support as needed to ensure smooth execution of commercialization activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
