Trade Support Specialist - Derivatives, Fixed Income & FX Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. • Use leading technologies and systems to ensure accurate, efficient and scalable post-trade processing from execution to settlement.
• Responsible for ensuring timely settlement through managing broker and custodian relationships, processing fail charges and reporting.
• Post execution processing of multiple asset types, traded by different CCL FG affiliates, across global markets.
• Reset of Derivative positions and settlement of gain/loss and financing components with counterparties.
• Management and optimization of collateral obligations due on Derivatives positions with Prime Brokers.
• Maintaining and improving our Trade Support processes, systems and data to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Onboarding of new accounts, products and counterparties in relevant internal systems.

About You

• 2+ years of trade operations experience in Investment Management or related field.
• Experience within Equity Swaps asset class an asset.
• Relevant education and industry certifications.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Effective communicator in both verbal and written communications.
• Resourceful and able to resolve complex problems quickly.
• Passionate about learning, with a curiosity to understand the why.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
