At Coulson Aviation, we’re not just flying aircraft—we’re fighting wildfires and protecting communities worldwide. Our fleet includes Boeing 737 FIRELINERS, Hercules C130s, Sikorsky helicopters, and more, operating across Canada, the USA, Chile, and Australia. As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-driven Advanced Fabrication Technician to help keep our operations running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll operate CNC upholstery systems, 3D scanners, printers, and a gantry foam mill to create everything from aviation interiors to custom automotive builds and prototype parts for new Coulson programs. This isn’t a button-pushing job—it’s for someone passionate about advanced manufacturing, craftsmanship, and tackling first-of-its-kind projects that define our brand.
What You’ll Do:
We are committed to providing accommodation for people with disabilities. If you require accommodation through any element of the job application process, please notify us and we will work with you to meet your needs.
Due to the volume of applications we receive, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. No phone calls please.
