This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Diabetes Care Division. We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for various coordination, support and administrative tasks within the sales team. The Coordinator reports to the National Sales Director and closely works with the marketing, operations and finance teams.

This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Diabetes Care Division. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for various coordination, support and administrative tasks within the sales team. The Coordinator reports to the National Sales Director and closely works with the marketing, operations and finance teams.
What You’ll Do
- Provides administrative services utilizing : Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, fax, photocopy etc.
- Coordinate all approvals of Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices.
- Prepare weekly expense reports for National Sales Director.
- Coordinate National Sales Director calendar with meetings and travel.
- Coordinates travel and hotel arrangements for group sessions and/or meetings requiring internal and external participation often involving senior management, independently.
- Designs and creates forms for internal and external use.
- Initiates and processes the ordering for materials, treats invoices for payment.
- Assists management in the logistic process.
- Coordinate sample management (salesforce, conferences, etc) via third party and provide monthly reports to marketing team.
- Manage and coordinate the promotional tool reprints.
- Maintain and compile competitive product information.
- Ensure logistics for all conferences and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements and ensuring on-site coordination :
- Liaison with the medical associations and organizations in relation to annual conferences and/or trade shows
- Scheduling and assignments
- Coordination of booth organization and set-up
- College, three years (technical) degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Administrative and project management experience.
- Experience with various financial processes such as PO, material inventory management.
- Experience working with marketing team and third-party suppliers.
