Consultant – Cyber / InfoSec / GRC
Location: Toronto (In Person 4 Days per Week) | Type: Permanent

The Role
We are expanding our Cyber practice in Canada and are looking for Consultants with hands-on experience across cybersecurity, information security, GRC, and financial crime domains. You’ll work closely with clients to help them understand threats, assess risks, and implement practical solutions that strengthen their security posture.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of cybersecurity, information security, and GRC engagements for financial services clients
- Conduct assessments across cyber, fraud, resilience, and FinCrime control environments
- Contribute to designing and implementing security strategies, operating models, and controls
- Analyse risks and provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation programs connected to cyber and financial crime
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cybersecurity, information security, fraud prevention, financial crime, or GRC
- Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)
- Ability to assess risks, controls, and regulatory requirements across FS
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
- A proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused mindset
Bonus Points For
- Experience working in financial services environments
- Knowledge of fraud systems, identity controls, or transaction monitoring
- Exposure to incident response, threat management, or vulnerability processes
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, or equivalent
- Consulting experience or client-facing delivery
