We are hiring an Accounts Payable clerk to join our Team based here in Ottawa.

What you will do once you arrive….

Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment

Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry

Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation

Generate purchase orders when necessary

Obtain and print signatures on all checks

Assist financial team as needed

Your Experience should include….

Strong mathematical skills

Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

Demonstrated time management and detail orientation skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information

Some nice to haves…

Degree or Diploma in a related field

Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable)

Experience with accounting software (SAGE)

(Salary range for this role: $40,000 – $60,000)
