- Make a Transformative Impact as a Content Design Expert!**
- What You’ll Do:**
- **Shape Content Strategy:**
- Develop comprehensive strategies that use content to meet our clients’ information and understanding needs within our digital products.
- Lead and facilitate engaging collaborative design activities and ideation sessions.
- Clearly articulate the rationale behind content strategies and offer expert design advice and guidance to product team members.
- Provide practical direction to the broader design team on our Content Design communications standards, tools, channels, and processes.
- Champion our clients’ needs and interests, ensuring their voice is central to discussions about content’s role and its impact on product design.
- **Drive Content Creation:**
- Craft client-focused textual content, including labels, explanatory text, hidden or alternative text, metadata, and internal support content, as well as external go-to-market content.
- Partner with peers to develop compelling non-textual content, such as iconography, information graphics, imagery, and data visualizations.
- Apply the principles of Inclusive Design to ensure all content is accessible and engaging for everyone.
- Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure all digital conversations meet our responsibilities.
- Manage the documentation and sharing of content throughout its entire lifecycle.
- **Lead Research and Testing Initiatives:**
- Work hand-in-hand with Design Researchers to align on critical questions for research and testing.
- Partner with Testing and/or Design Leads to initiate tests for specific content strategies and executions.
- Conduct thorough research into content and messaging strategies across the competitive landscape, performing relevant competitive audits.
- Execute comprehensive content audits as needed to optimize performance and relevance.

- A post-secondary education, ideally a university degree or college diploma.
- At least 4 years of impactful writing experience from a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your copywriting work.
- Nice to Have:**
- Facility in French.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and methods.
- Awareness of cutting-edge design and technology trends.
