What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Transaction Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Provide your expertise to administrative tasks during the processing of various transaction requests;
- Put your meticulous mind to good use by entering information in computer systems (purchases, contract terminations, modifications, legal designations, surrenders, etc.);
- Use systems such as Workflow, iFAST and Excel extensively;
- Process a variety of requests, in large numbers and within established timelines;
- Introduce, if necessary, new ways of doing things to improve the work to be done.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Stands out for their ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Is recognized for their excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Has at least one year of relevant experience in transaction processing or a college diploma in a related field.
- Advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the role involves communicating in writing in English and French with anglophone and francophone financial advisors across Canada on a daily basis.

- Hourly wage between $26 and $28.
