Brand Marketing & Communications Intern – MYMI 2026
(This is a one-year full-time contract from April 30, 2026 – April 28, 2027)

Interns in the program have the opportunity to make an impact and apply their skills and ideas, supporting the team on a variety of projects and initiatives.

Your Internship Experience:

  • PR Responsibilities
    • Support media relations activities, including media outreach opportunities for corporate communications.
    • Support executive presentations and internal meetings, including preparation of materials, as required.
    • Draft, manage, and upload new corporate and CSR information to Social Intranet page.
    • Research and support development of updated Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.
    • Prepare media measurement reports, including reviewing media analysis report submitted for project-specific corporate or CSR activities.
  • Brand and Content Responsibilities
    • Approve new account requests on the Dealer Marketing Portal and coordinate with agency partners to ensure marketing materials and content are properly tagged and categorized.
    • Assist in the development of campaign guidebooks and monthly marketing highlights through templated webpage formatting and deploy dealer communication via company platforms.
    • Source new images and video content from the global content platform to create retouching decks for review by the product team.
    • Assist in uploading and distributing content on the Retail Content Provisioning System
    • Support the development and scheduling of the monthly organic social media calendar.
    • Assist with social media preview link approvals for brand and product campaign launches.
    • Provide administrative support as needed to support smooth day-to-day execution

Qualifikationen

General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements:

  • Eligibility to Work in Canada: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa/permit sponsorship.

  • Graduation Requirement: Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or expect to graduate by April 2026 with a specialization in Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism. As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.

  • Full-Time Contract Role: This position is a full-time contract role requiring 40 hours per week.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.

  • Recruitment Process: The recruitment process may begin as early as January 20, 2026, and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).

  • Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
