- Liaise with various departments for projects and build collaborative relationships
- Develop, implement, and continuously review policies, procedures, and programs

- Participate in and help facilitate company-wide community involvement.
- Provide support in various HR-related topics, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, development, employee relations, leaves, separations, compensation, benefits, engagement, rewards, and recognition.
- Perform other duties as required
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or education relative to job description
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office suite of products and database maintenance
- Ongoing interest in training and personal development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solving and conflict resolution ability
- Proven ability to embrace change and adversity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
