Shipping Coordinator at Zaber Technologies

Zaber is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support our order fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain needs. This role involves shipping orders, invoicing, helping resolve customs delays, and providing customer service. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills while driving improvements in processes, documentation, and customer service by collaborating with colleagues across the company.

You’ll join our friendly and composed Order Fulfillment Team, coordinating with our Inside Sales Administrators and Packaging Associates to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with Sales & Marketing and Accounting to meet our customers’ needs.

You will be vital to maintaining Zaber's high-level post-sales experience by ensuring timely order delivery, navigating entry requirements, and updating customers on customs changes.

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will:

• Ship customer orders using carrier software, online platforms, and other manual processes.

• Coordinate scheduling with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Create invoices, process credit card transactions, and work with the Accounting team to ensure customer and carrier payments are processed and tracked appropriately.

• Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to support customers by providing shipping quotes, confirming trade classifications, etc.

• Prepare customs documents and work with carriers, brokers, and customers to promptly release inbound and outbound shipments.

You’re the ideal Shipping Coordinator if you:

• Have worked as a shipper or in an order fulfillment role, preferably with customer service and time management experience.

• Can manage and prioritize many tasks across multiple technologies with interruptions, while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.

• Take initiative and work independently when needed.

• Have effective and empathetic written and verbal communication.

• Have a continuous improvement mindset.

Shipping Coordinator Role Details:

• Wage: $22 - $32/hour depending on experience.

• TEER: 4
