The Operation Systems & ERP Lead role will lead operational planning initiatives, aligning and optimizing global ERP, and ensuring alignment between planning decisions and business goals. This position serves as a key liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, InfoSys, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing, and acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for D365. The role includes coaching and training responsibilities, specifically focused on enabling users to effectively utilize D365. This involves providing guidance, support, and structured training to ensure system proficiency across all departments. the role carries governance accountability and oversight for ERP system configuration and usage, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment across North America.

This involves providing guidance, support, and structured training to ensure system proficiency across all departments. the role carries governance accountability and oversight for ERP system configuration and usage, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment across North America.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Act as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ensuring optimal configuration, governance, and usage across all departments and regions.
- Supports cross-functional integration, ensuring that planning systems reflect real-time operational constraints and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver training programs, documentation, and user support to promote consistent and effective use of D365 across all departments.
- Be available for deployment to manufacturing sites experiencing planning or system-related challenges, providing hands-on support and resolution.
- Work at mapping process, building redundancy and work knowledge center to ensure continuity in case of new resources or change in the organization.
- Partner with operations, procurement, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure planning decisions support overall business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to improve planning accuracy, reduce lead times, and enhance on-time delivery performance.
- Align production control with supply chain processes to ensure seamless material flow and effective system utilization. synchronized operations, and effective system utilization across North America.
- Implement best practices in ERP methodologies.
- Monitor system usage and data integrity and lead efforts to resolve planning-related system issues or process gaps.
- College Diploma/ Associate’s degree/ Certification in a related field
- 6+ years of experience in operations planning or systems excellence roles
- Expertise in ERP systems and governance, with hands-on experience in ERP implementation, optimization, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive organizational change.
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with ADKAR change management methodology to support organizational transitions and user adoption of systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations in relation to process planning
