Winpak Division is seeking Print Coordinator to join their Graphics team based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
In this role will involve providing artwork quotations, facilitating customer approvals, and maintaining strong communication between clients and production teams. Additionally, you will manage sales orders, monitor artwork costs, and contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment, supporting Winpak's commitment to quality and excellence.

In this role will involve providing artwork quotations, facilitating customer approvals, and maintaining strong communication between clients and production teams. Additionally, you will manage sales orders, monitor artwork costs, and contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment, supporting Winpak's commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Artist Support
- Work with Graphic Artist to ensure customer, manufacturing, and governmental requirements are met
- Develop and generate artwork from customer ideas, competitor samples, or from design concepts.
- Provide artwork/printing quotations for customers/sales representatives and answer technical questions from internal/external customers
- Update customer artwork status on in-house computer system
- Liason between customers and Printing department staff during press approvals.
- Conduct press-side or virtual customer approvals and technical presentations.
- Approve, code, and process artwork invoices.
- Maintain artwork files and monitor costs from outside art houses to ensure Winpak receives competitive pricing.
- Review and approve sales orders prior to forwarding documents to Production Control.
- Promote teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication within the department and Company. Interact with all levels of the operations in support of Winpak’s TQI program.
- 1+ years or experience in a printing or graphic arts environment
- 1+ year of experience in a role that required clear communication to both internal team members and customers
- 1+ years of experience in working under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Diploma in Graphics or Printing from a post-secondary institution would be an asset
- Experience in reading machine dielines and using graphic software.
- Experience in a manufacturing or scheduling environment
- Experience with government regulations related to printing or graphics.
- This position is 100% onsite located in Murray Industrial Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
- There is limited bus access to this location.
