Noble Hearts HR Consulting is proud to serve as the Recruiting Partner for a well-established, patient-centered dental practice in Innisfil, Ontario. The practice is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist who values long-term patient relationships, clinical quality, and collaboration over high-volume dentistry.

This role is intentionally designed for clinicians who prefer a gradual, sustainable transition of patients and a respectful, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality general restorative, diagnostic, and minor surgical care
• Build trust and continuity with patients over time
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members
• Gradually grow your schedule in alignment with practice needs and patient demand
• Technology-forward environment featuring iTero scanning and CEREC for same-day restorations

Compensation

• Guaranteed daily minimum OR percentage of collections — whichever is greater
• Transparent, fair, and designed to support steady growth (not pressure production)

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Canadian Dental License (required)
• 2–7 years post-graduation experience preferred
• Comfortable with inheriting patients gradually
• Respect for established systems, SOPs, and team culture
• Interest in long-term clinical alignment (not short-term locum work)
