General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including contract management and project management teams to ensure alignment with contract requirements
- Monitor, report, prepare reports and update on contracts progress across transmission and distribution projects
- Monitor, report and assist with contractor performance evaluations, tracking milestones and status reports
- Assess, plan, budget and schedule assigned work providing necessary data and reports as required,
- Assist in preparing and presenting contract plans, updated processes, plans and status reports to management and other stakeholders
- Attend and document station site visits
- Assist in the development of capital project program, engineering and construction plans
- Utilize various project application software to populate and articulate execution plans
- Assist with administrative duties to support Contracts Management and Project Management staff and
- Other duties as required
- Working as part of a project team
- Gain the knowledge necessary to develop a career in contracts management and project delivery
- Gain experience in contracts management reporting
- Disciplines: Business Administration
- Academic level: 2nd or 3rd year university student
- Other requirements: Familiar with Microsoft applications, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate
- Good communications skills and able to present to the team
