General Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including contract management and project management teams to ensure alignment with contract requirements
• Monitor, report, prepare reports and update on contracts progress across transmission and distribution projects
• Monitor, report and assist with contractor performance evaluations, tracking milestones and status reports
• Assess, plan, budget and schedule assigned work providing necessary data and reports as required,
• Assist in preparing and presenting contract plans, updated processes, plans and status reports to management and other stakeholders
• Attend and document station site visits
• Assist in the development of capital project program, engineering and construction plans
• Utilize various project application software to populate and articulate execution plans
• Assist with administrative duties to support Contracts Management and Project Management staff and
• Other duties as required

Selection Criteria

• Disciplines: Business Administration
• Academic level: 2nd or 3rd year university student
• Other requirements: Familiar with Microsoft applications, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate
• Good communications skills and able to present to the team

The base salary for this role considers a variety of factors, including candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, education, and any applicable collective agreement requirements for union-represented positions.
