Your Impact in This Role
- Deliver an exceptional, compassionate experience for every client — in person, by phone, or online
- Support clinic operations and take lead on internal projects that matter
- Coordinate clinician schedules and appointments with precision
- Manage third-party billing (ICBC, WSBC, etc.) and support A/R workflows
- Process payments and ensure smooth, accurate financial transactions
- Keep the clinic organized, compliant, welcoming, and running at its best
- You will be the anchor that keeps the clinic flowing, from the small details to the big moments that matter.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Organized, detail-focused, and proactive
- A calm, professional presence, even on busy days
- Bonus points for:
- Experience with Jane
- Familiarity with ICBC/WSBC or neuro populations
- Understanding of billing or accounts receivable
- A natural drive to improve systems and elevate experiences
