We are looking for a Change Management Intern for our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Formalize and drive the Accessibility & Inclusion Program’s change management strategy.
- Plan and execute communications and stakeholder management to ensure buy-in and adoption of new practices.
- Find ways to monitor change adoption.
- Support with training and documentation, as needed.
- Support other program analysis and communications initiatives as needed.
- Currently pursuing Master's degree or a Bachelor's, preferably in change management, project management, human system intervention or in a related field
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices
- Ability to lead the development of, and drive, a change management strategy
- Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, from individual contributors to VPs
- Ability to plan a communications strategy to support change management
- Comfort with ambiguity and building a program from the ground up in a corporate environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Bilingualism (French and English) Necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
- Available 35 hours a week from May 4 to August 21, 2026
- Must return to studies in the Fall 2026 semester after your internship
